1. Product

dpr-barcelona sells through this website, books and published materials.

 

2. Prices

The prices displayed on the Site are final book prices including taxes, as detailed in book description.

 

3. Shipping

The shipping service is outsourced to a messaging company, so that all shipments will be delivered by a courier company outsourced in each case, under his sole responsibility.

When starting the purchase process you will be informed of the cost of this service specifying the details of the cost of shipping.

4. Payment

Payments are made through Credit Card or Pay Pal, as reported in the shopping process. When you make the payment you will be redirected to the website of a secure and external platform operated by Pay Pal payment. Therefore, dpr-bar elona will never have access to your bank details.

 

5. Delivery

The delivery times will be those of the postal service or company of choice for shipping and this will never exceed 30 calendar days from receipt of the payment to dpr-barcelona. dpr-barcelona is not responsible for delays due to causes outside the company, therefore, these delays will not cause any penalty or cancel the order.

 

6. Withdrawal

The Customer has a period of 14 days from the delivery of the goods to exercise their right to cancel contracts arranged through our Site, and such terms and conditions as those reported under our Refund policy.

 

7. Returns

You can return the product in the following cases:

• In case a different product to the one requested by the customer was mistakenly delivered to him from dpr-barcelona, the right product will be delivered to the client after collecting the first, without any additional charge to the Customer.

Customer may return any item purchased on dpr-barcelona as long as the products are in perfect condition, have not been opened or used and retain their original packing or seal.
